We are looking to hire:
Maintenance Technician
M / F
Skills:
– University degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation or compatible area;
– Recommended 3 to 5 years in industrial maintenance (preferably plastic injection moulding);
– Proven experience in automated production environments (robots, PLCs, sensors, SCADA, …)
– Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems maintenance;
– Knowledge of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance;
– Knowledge of industrial and electrical safety standards;
– Fluency in English;
– Knowledge of computers from a user perspective;
– Ability to analyse and make decisions;
– Communication skills;
– Dynamic;
– Team spirit;
– Ability to work under pressure.
Job description:
. Planning and supervising the maintenance of automatic equipment;
– Ensuring the availability and reliability of production lines;
– Coordinate with external services for specialised services;
– Implementing technical improvements to manage downtime;
– Ensuring control of the injection process (fine-tuning, parameterisation and identification of root causes of problems);
. Collaborating in the resolution of problems related to the injection process;
. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
